    About TaskPulse™

It started with people, not software.

    The story behind TaskPulse.

TaskPulse wasn’t created because I wanted to build another piece of business software.

It came from years of watching people try to carry responsibilities that were often bigger than the systems they had available to support them.

My own story is a big part of that.

My relationship with my father, the things I experienced growing up, and the lessons I learned along the way shaped how I think about responsibility, work, resilience, and what it means to build something that lasts.

Later, I worked in behavioral health and as a substance abuse counselor. I spent time working with people at some of the most difficult points in their lives. That experience taught me something that stayed with me:

People don’t usually fail because they don’t care. Sometimes they simply don’t have the right structure, support, information, or tools around them.

That lesson followed me into business.

I also gained experience in real estate and saw another side of the same problem. Business owners are expected to be the salesperson, manager, accountant, scheduler, customer-service representative, project manager, administrator, and sometimes the person who has to remember everything.

Most small-business software doesn’t actually solve that problem.

It gives you another place to put information.

I wanted to build something different.

    That’s where TaskPulse came from.

TaskPulse™ was built around a simple idea:

Your business should work for you—not the other way around.

TaskPulse is designed to become the operating system behind a business: a place where the work, people, customers, projects, communications, documents, responsibilities, and decisions can actually come together.

Instead of forcing every business to operate the same way, TaskPulse adapts to the business.

That’s why we built Industry Offices™.

A contractor shouldn’t have to operate like a law firm. A property manager shouldn’t have to operate like a marketing agency. A healthcare professional shouldn’t have to configure their business around software designed for somebody else.

    Different businesses have different realities.

One Platform. Different Businesses. Same Simplicity.

At the center of TaskPulse is Marcus AI™—an intelligence layer designed to understand the business, its people, its work, and the context behind what is happening.

And instead of simply giving an owner another list of things to manage, TaskPulse organizes active work through PulseJects™, helping turn everything happening inside a business into something visible, understandable, and actionable.

But the technology is not the point.

The point is the person behind the business.

The owner who started with an idea.

The person who inherited a business from a parent.

The contractor who built something with their own hands.

The professional who decided to take control of their future.

The person who has employees depending on them, customers depending on them, and a family depending on them.

I’ve seen enough of life to understand that people are carrying more than what you see on a screen.

That’s why I don’t want TaskPulse to feel like another piece of software.

I want it to feel like someone finally built the office around you.

Not another tool you have to learn.

Not another system you have to constantly maintain.

Not another subscription that creates more administrative work.

A business operating system that learns how you work, helps organize the complexity, gives you visibility into what matters, and helps you move the business forward.

    This is personal.

TaskPulse is a technology company, but the reason behind it is deeply human.

My experiences with my father, my work in behavioral health, my time helping people struggling with addiction, and my own experiences navigating life and work all contributed to the same belief:

    People deserve better systems.

    Business owners deserve better systems.

    Employees deserve better systems.

And the people who depend on those businesses deserve better systems too.

TaskPulse is my attempt to build one.

Because a business isn’t just a collection of transactions, tasks, and numbers.

    It’s someone’s life.

And when you build something that helps people manage that life better, you’re building more than software.

You’re building infrastructure for people to build something that can outlast them.
